Customized Online Forms:
The services of Igenti are needed to prepare customized online forms. Most customized forms can be created and installed for $200 to $300 (a one-time fee). Call for price quote and details.
Customized Plans, Features, Processes, Reports, etc.:
If you need to manage larger contact lists or need features, reports, or processes not currently supported by our system, please call. We are pleased to customize the system to suite your needs. Customize systems require service plan "E" or higher.
Service Plan Changes:
You may change your Service Plan at any time with the following conditions:

Service Upgrade – You may upgrade your service at any time by changing from a lesser-priced plan to a greater-priced plan. The effective date of the change shall be the date of change. Any amount paid for the current service plan that has not been fully realized shall be pro-rated and credited toward the cost of the new service plan.

Service Downgrade – You may change to a lesser-priced plan or term at any time. However, the effective date of the change shall be the day after the “Paid-through” date of the current plan.

Service Cancellation – A service cancellation request may be submitted at any time. However, the effective date of cancellation shall be the “Paid-through” date of the current plan.
Special Pricing for Consultants
Consultants, agencies and marketing firms can use the Igenti-suite system as their software infrastructure to service clients. Purchase a “Consultant" license (a 5-client system or more) and use it to offer “self-service” subscriptions to clients or to support your “full-service” consulting activities. Call for pricing.
