Online Forms
The Igenti-suiteTM system has an "online forms" capability. This is a very unique and powerful feature that expands the utility of the system substantially, essentially without limit, to add new fields and forms to the system. The basic system has approximately 60 data fields. These fields may be renamed and used as needed on either of the basic system forms provided.

However, the system also has the ability to add new supplemental forms (online forms) that may be used for data entry by the system user or data collection from contacts, or both. They may be used for purposes such as event registration, member registration, employment application, time reporting, demographic and preference collection, or simply to add more data fields to the system.
Almost any information may be collected with online forms. There is no limit to the number of supplemental forms that may be used in the system or the number of responses by contacts. The field types may be short text entry fields, long narrative text entry fields, selection fields, check box fields, or radio button fields.
Online forms are associated with the contact records so data entered or collected is easily retrieved and viewed together with other information for the contact. Online forms may be presented on websites or emailed to contacts using the email campaign functionality of the system. Data entered by contacts is made available to system users real-time.
Certain online forms are provided with the system at no charge. Online forms that require customization will need the assistance of Igenti to create and mount in your client system. Following are sample online forms. Feel free to click to view and enter data on the forms. They will show you what can be accomplished with the Igenti-suite online form system. Each form is accessed through a login screen so you will also experience the password security system used to protect access to form data. Data entered in online forms is saved to your private Igenti-suite database and associated with contact records for easy access.
