The "job ad and career center" system of Igenti-suite is provided at no extra charge. It provides a convenient means to create a career center for your website and to present an unlimited number of jobs ads in that career center. The process uses the Website system of Igenti-suite to present the career center web page, the job ad posting system to create the job ads to post in the career center, and the online forms system to present the employment application for candidates to complete online. It also uses the survey system of Igenti-suite to assess candidate suitability to help with screening and selection.

A job presentation table is automatically created with the first job ad posted to your website. Additional job ads are added to the table. The result is an organized, professional presentation of job opportunities for your career center web page. Each job ad listing links to a detailed job description page (i.e. the job ad). You can also include in the job ad a link to a job inquiry or employment application form (an online form) to collect the contact and resume information from persons interested in your job opportunities.
 

Candidates that respond to your job ad are presented with a login screen to create an account in your Igenti-suite contact manager. They are added to a designated contact list and presented with your job inquiry or employment application form. Information entered in the form is posted directly to your contact manager for easy reference, tracking, and search.

Use our integrated email campaign system to send an auto-response message to each candidate that submits information to acknowledge receipt. You can also use the survey system to obtain candidate responses to questions to help your selection process. Use the notification feature to send yourself an email to notify you when candidates apply for one of your job opportunities. 

For subscribers to Price Plans "C" or higher, we will also post job ads to search engines and certain job sites for free!
