Contact Manager (CRM) 

Igenti-suite provides much more than a typical contact manager. It's an online, multi-user, contact relationship management (CRM) system that automatically maintains history information for each contact. This includes a history of all email messages sent, viewed and clicked for the contact, plus the responses to surveys sent and data received in online forms completed. Tasks, notes, and other contact data is also presented. The result is a complete integrated system of information maintained for each contact that may be easily accessed at any time.

As an online, multi-user system, users have access to contact information from home or office, without the need for special network equipment. Access to the Internet is all that is needed. Also, there is no limit to the number of users of the system. Unlike many other systems that charge for each user, the price for Igenti-suite is the same whether you have 1 or 1,000 system users.
 
  

Contact List Detail

Unlike certain email marketing systems that only manage contacts with email addresses, Igenti-suite can be used for all of your contacts, whether they have email addresses or not.

Contact information is organized by contact list. There is no limit to the number of contact lists. Users click on the contact list name to view the list of contact records on that list. A "list manager" pop-up window can be accessed to manage the membership of contacts on contact lists. Just as there is no limit to the number of contact lists, there is no limit to the number of contact lists that contacts may be made a member. 

Contact Record

To access the contact record itself the user clicks on a line item on the contact list detail page. Data for up to 60 system fields can be presented on each contact record plus notes and task information related to the contact. The contact record page is also used to access the history of email communications sent and the responses to surveys and data entered in online forms for the contact. 

The "list manager" pop-up can also be accessed from the contact record to manage the membership of this contact on contact lists.

If more data fields are needed a custom online form can be added with any number of additional fields to suit your need.
