Organizations can spend a lot of money on marketing activities. Not all will be cost effective! Some methods work better than others.  - We help the client build their email database. We provide advice as to methods, the processes required, and laws and rules that must be considered. We prepare online forms, paper collection cards, and other elements to serve as the collection devices.

 - We implement the online infrastructure (CRM, opt-in forms, auto-responders, etc.) to support an email database marketing process.

 - We proceed to conduct the email database marketing processes by preparing messages, sizing images, and performing other tasks needed to manage the contact lists and the campaigns. 

 - We assess satisfaction with online surveys of our clients' customers. Assessment is important to learn what elements of the business need to be improved. Assessments over time provide the client with trend analysis reports so they will know if they are doing better or worse.

 - We provide online access to reports to let the client know the status and success of their campaigns.

 - We proceed with other low-cost online marketing methods as hours permit. The client ultimately determines how the hours purchased under the respective Price Plans are applied. If more hours are needed, to conduct other processes, such as SEO or website maintenance, the client may upgrade to a larger Price Plan or purchase hours one-at-a-time. 

 - We proceed with prospect marketing methods, as funds permit and as desired by the client.
