Igenti's service helps small organizations utilize certain online facilities to improve operations, reduce costs, and drive revenues. The service provided includes a combination of consulting, online tools, and support services to help organizations succeed.

We begin with a free 15-20 minute telephone session that we use to assess the marketing and customer interaction processes of the organization and we recommend solutions.

We focus on awareness and helping the client understand the advantages of using certain online facilities and the related processes needed to benefit. We identify conventional processes they are currently using and describe which can be transitioned to lower-cost online processes to improve the bottom line. We review the concepts of “top-of-mind” marketing and the advantages of database marketing with social media links (as opposed to prospect marketing) and describe what is needed for them to succeed. We work to get their “buy-in” to the concepts so they adopt these concepts and incorporate them into their business. We help them take steps to build contact databases and inform them of related legal issues.

We also give organizations free access to an integrated suite of online tools to provide the facilities to begin benefiting from online processes. The free system provided is the self-service "Price Plan A" of Igenti-suite. Click here for details.

The services described above are provided for free. Organizations may also elect to upgrade to additional services by purchasing one of our full-service plans, or upgrading to larger self-service plans that support more contacts and features. 

With our full-service, we implement the system for our customers and help customers to implement the related business processes to maximize use of the system. This includes instruction and strategy development and development of email collection cards and website opt-in forms. It also includes system setup, message template creation, logo installation, list importing, survey setup, and website hosting, if needed. We create email marketing messages and manage the email campaigns for our customers together with the auto-responders and auto-notifications. We also create online surveys and online forms for our customers to collect data 24/7 and to assess the satisfaction of their customers. We explain the reports available and how to use them to analyze results. We also instruct clients on the use of social media to help drive revenue.

Igenti's consulting service is provided by telephone or online in a session of approximately 15 minutes in length. There is no need for travel or for the client to leave their place of business or home. We also present some of our instruction through online videos so the client may view anytime as often desired.
