Online Time Reporting Included with Igenti-suite
Online time data collection and reporting is a new system now supported by Igenti-suite. The system makes use of the online forms application of Igenti-suite to present secure online time cards to contacts. Login access to time cards may be submitted to contacts using the email campaign system of Igenti-suite or presented on a webpage powered by Igenti-suite or other provider.

Igenti Publishes Client Job Ads to Search Engines
Today, there is no need to spend hundreds of dollars to post each job ad on job boards. Candidates search for job opportunities on search engines and Igenti now provides a system to post an unlimited number of job ads on search engines. Igenti's system also provides a means to collect candidate application information online and have them respond to survey questions for screening. All at no extra cost for Igenti-suite subscribers.

Igenti expands contact management system
Igenti has expanded the functionality of the contact management system provided in Igenti-suite to be a full-featured contact relationship management system (CRM) that associates notes, tasks, communication history, and data entered in online surveys and online forms with each respective contact record to improve productivity and ease of use.
